What we do with your information.

Inquiries and letters

When you send us an event inquiry, contact us, or join our mailing list, we collect the details you provide (your name, email address, and message) so we can reply and plan with you. That’s the only reason we collect them.

Reservations

When you book a table, we keep your name, email address, phone number, party size, and any note you add. We use them to hold your table, send your confirmation and booking code, and reach you if something changes. Our team sees these details on the day of your booking so they can seat you.

We also note whether each booking was kept, cancelled less than 24 hours ahead, or missed. Three late cancellations or no-shows in a row pause online booking for that email address or phone number. The record resets after your next kept booking, and our team can clear it at any time.

Job applications

When you apply to work with us, we keep what you send: your name, email address, phone number if you add one, the role, your availability, your message, and any link you share. Only the people hiring at Hideaway see your application, and we use it only to consider you for work here.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell your information, share it with advertisers, or use it for anything beyond the reasons above and, if you signed up, sending occasional news about tastings, menus, and events. Email us to unsubscribe at any time.

Our website analytics are cookieless and anonymous. We can see that pages were visited, but not who you are, and nothing follows you around the internet afterward.

How long we keep it

We delete a reservation, with its record of late cancellations and no-shows, 12 months after the seating. Event inquiries, messages and job applications are deleted 12 months after they reach us. Copies that reach our inboxes are cleared on the same schedule. Newsletter addresses stay until you unsubscribe.

Who handles it

Our website is hosted by Vercel, our database by Neon, our emails are sent through Resend, and our inboxes run on Google Workspace. They handle your information only to provide those services to us.
